The purchase contract is concluded with Your Luxcella Habitat.

With the inclusion of the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles.

3. Terms of delivery

A flat shipping fee of €3.99 applies to all orders worldwide.

4. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for EU customers is based on our Return Policy. There is no right of withdrawal for customers outside the EU.

5. Prices and terms of payment

All prices are final prices, there are no shipping costs.

Accepted payment methods are displayed in the ordering process.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

7. Guarantee

The statutory right to liability for defects applies.

8. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
