Right of withdrawal (only for customers in the EU)

Customers residing in a Member State of the European Union have the statutory right to revoke the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons.

The revocation must be communicated to us in writing by e-mail.

After notification of the revocation, the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for returns:

• The goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

• The customer may only check the goods to the extent that would be possible in a shop.

• In the event of opened or damaged original packaging, signs of use or missing accessories, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable compensation from the refund amount.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

A revocation is not possible with:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. Kitchen utensils with direct contact with food)

• Custom-made or personalized products

Return costs:

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

Outside the EU:

There is no right of withdrawal for orders outside the EU.
